We are looking for Manager Operations – KYC for an International BPO Operations based at Bangalore
Work Location - Electronic City phase II, Bangalore
Band - 5
CTC - 10 L – 14 L
Shifts - UK and a US opening
Education Qualification - Graduate , Preferably an MBA
Years of Experience - 7 - 16 yrs , KYC Experience of 3-4 years is minimum mandatory
Role Description:
- Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.
- Strong people and process management skills
- Has to ensure the team adheres to the processes agreed with the Client

- Strong KYC background in Banking & Financial Services
- Regular updates with Senior Management
- Interfaces with onshore to address escalation
- Evaluate process changes feasibility and work closely with Onshore Client Manager for process change
- Scheduling of Operational/Business reviews with Client Manager
- Proactively flag issues to avoid surprises
- Build excellent business relationships with internal/external customer groups, peers, seniors
- Should ensure Customer satisfaction & Operational excellence
- Timely escalation of issues to Customer Leader / Group Leader
- Ensure training & developmental plan for all the team members.
- Closely work with support function for meeting Customer expectation
- Consult in running the operations effectively with the client
- Perform regular reviews with team
Competencies/Skills:
- 7-10 years with relevant experience in Banking and Financial services
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities coupled with Client interfacing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Good at resolving exceptions
- Should be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
