About our Client - Our client is a leading NBFC in the Equipment Financing space. They are looking for an Operations Head who will set up and manage a new process center and spearhead its growth in line with the company's ambitious growth plans.

Job Description - Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up structure and streamlining processes to ensure efficient delivery

- Managing and coaching team to drive results

- Being a Subject Matter Expert with regards to processes, Documentation and other aspects critical to the role

- Contact point for clients to resolve any maintenance issues

The Successful Candidate - With a masters degree from a leading university, you must have 10-12 years of relevant operations experience in the Asset Financing Space. Specifically our client is looking for someone who understands the Equipment Leasing business and has demonstrated provice in establishing and running service delivery teams. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an eye for detail.
