Operations & Sales Manager - Tech Solutions Provider (2-4 yrs)

Our client is an award-winning cloud based platform helps its users to seamlessly manage last mile coverage by field force across business verticals. It is a combination of web portal and smartphone and tablet friendly app. It is a is a startup founded by promoters having 15 years of work experience in enterprise solutions and sales in the CPG domain. Its present clientele includes a number of top-notch brands that use its mobility platform for thousands of its sales personnel and is backed up by a funding trust. The company is growing at an aggressive rate increasing the customer base at a healthy pace month-on-month.

As the Operations and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the product delivery process from end to end. You will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to enable broad use of the company's cloud-based software by distributors and retailers, and play a key role in influencing product selection and drive the day-to-day interactions with these distributors in order to build long-term business opportunity. The other key responsibilities will be:

- Taking complete ownership of the product post purchase by distributor and be instrumental in getting the product live.

- Monitor real time service levels and schedule adherence. Serve as leaders and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature or complex problems.

- Design lean operation strategies for improving the operational efficiency

- Lead location specific operations team to effectively manage BAU and visit the operations site on a regular basis

- Bring in strong execution focus and customer responsiveness approach to the organization

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that excellent service standards to ensure business retention

- Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing sales

- Should work cohesively with technology and product teams to help technology enabled operational excellence

- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications, cross lines of business.

- Taking care of all the sales process involved in a distributor ecosystem.

- Understand the companys products and services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.

- Manage cash/accounts and preparation of delivery and inventory reports

- Work closely with senior executives at interested distributors to successfully negotiate deals and help in on-boarding.

Candidate Profile:

- Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.

- Experience working in a start-up would be ideal

- Should have an entrepreneurial spirit

- Excellent selling skills

- Excellent technical knowledge

- A keen interest in Technology/Cloud product
