Position : Operations Risk management & Compliance professional

Section : Quality Assurance & Review team

LOCATION :- Mumbai (FORT)

Ctc : 14lac to 22 Lac PA (approx) ; depending upon current CTC and relevant experience.

Job Purpose :

- To reduce the Operational Risk by way of implementation and monitoring of controls in the Operations departments of the Bank's branches.

- To perform Quality Assurance review for various Ops units and branches.

- To perform validation exercise of CSA's for various ops units and branches.

- To perform various process reviews and provide solutions.

- To perform reporting of KRI's and various Risks related reports.

- To perform data analytics for management overview.

- Investigate and perform root cause analysis for variances and long outstanding entries.

- Guide and help Operations units and branches by resolving their queries pertain to processes and accounts.

Requirements:

- Preferably CA / MBA / post graduate with relevant experience in internal audit department from

- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Systematic and organized approach to work.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point.

NOTE : Need people who have proactively worked very very closely with the Operations team regarding project management, process improvement, systems implementation, systematic & operational risk reduction / fraud containment / financial compliance / compliance management / Business Risk & Control Management / Branch banking control & compliance etc.
