- Risk identification and mitigation.

- Risk regulatory matrix for card operation.

- Audit preparation and reviews

- Responsible for managing fulfillment of operations functions.

- Lead transformation and process improvement initiatives relating to the Cards Operations.

Note: Preferably Cards experience (but not essential)
