Job Description

Reporting into an Assistant Vice President your key responsibility is to support day to day running of Commercial Cards Operations across EMEA markets as well as building a team of strong professionals around yourself. The role will also include-

- Managing end to end settlement reconciliation process.

- Being the point of escalation for process-specific issues, and have responsibility for driving the resolution of such issues.

- Performing unit cost and profitability analysis.

- Handling sign on bonus rebates and process improvements which will require subsequent collaboration with the wider Operations, Finance and Product teams.

- Dealing with external vendors and associations and making sure the comply to the latest regulations.

- Develop knowledge base and training modules to shared with in Market operations.

- First level of proofing of any new and updated processes and procedures for Commercial Cards Process Manuals.

- Daily bookings and monitoring of Nostro aging items.

The Successful Applicant

- You are a confident and mature professional with at least 6 years of experience in Settlements with a strong knowledge of Commercial Cards products.

- Carrying at least a degree in Mathematics or Economics, your numerical literacy and methodical approach will assist you in translating the raw numbers into business cases.

- You will have excellent English communication skills .

- Your previous experience in Association billing, reporting, validation, vendor management and cross currency booking will be useful in being able to investigate issues with minimum information at hand.

- Your ability to work in a pressured environment and multi tasking will be essential in the role you play.
