Job Description:  Role Description:  Job Title: Operations Manager	 	 Level(s): 6	  LOB: Retirement Benefits  Location: Noida	  Shift Timings: 12pm - 9 pm 			 Role specifications:  Domain Skills: UK Pensions work experience   Technical Skills:   - Leverage/Project & Resource Management	  - Should have knowledge & experience of UK Pensions  - Manages all tasks independently and makes sure all deliverables are completed   - Helps less experienced colleagues  - Involved in Training of new hires  - Help managers in workflow and planning  - Involved in team management  Communication with Clients:  - Provides final client deliverables with proper audit trail  - Attends stakeholders meetings when necessary   - Provide valid suggestion/comment in workflow planning and Valuation/Accounting kick of call  Client Knowledge and Relationships:  - Viewed as valued member of the team and comfortable answering broad questions  - Strong backup to Peer Reviewers  - Invests time at the beginning of the process to minimize role in day to day aspects of the valuation  Ownership of Work:  - Tests results from client’s perspective  - Identifies and secures appropriate resources  - Comfortable reviewing work performed by others   - Work is complete and thorough requiring no or minimal changes from Onshore  Learning/Technical Knowledge:  - Help to refine standards and processes and develop training materials  - Builds knowledge of valuations, interprets results and explains   Client Financial Results:  - Extremely efficient at completing work accurately and within time constraints   - Tracks budget and recovery  - Identifies/implements improvements to the valuation process  Behavioral:  - Act as a role-model for junior Analysts, coach new analysts on professional conduct and good work ethics, Adhere to all Aon policies  Work Conditions: Actuarial Development Policy in line with market standards  Formal Education/Certification: Graduation or Post Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science,   Experience: 5+ years of work relevant work experience
