Hiring Operations / Key Account Manager for a well established Edtech Company Based out of Bangalore.

Candidate will be responsible for leading engagement with client, strategic planning and efficient role out of the MOU signed with school and colleges

Prior experience in the space is an added advantage

Job Description

The individual will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep & progress of allprojects. He/she will be responsible for ensuring timely updates & follow up with campus Deans and Faculties in consultation with the Product manager and Head of Administration. He/She will also be responsible for owning up support and all post-sales communication with campuses.

The role will also entail expansion of the organisation through partnerships with various institutions across the country.

Key Responsibilities as the Operations Manager:

Preparation of a monthly schedule/ tracker of activities at the Centers which includes (but not limited to):.

- Ensuring smooth roll-out of our products across campuses

- Ensuring regular updates to campuses including student and faculty attendance, coach distribution, renewal updates, etc.

- Training and coordinating with faculties for all of the above processes.

- Ensure strict timelines are maintained for all support activities through several channels

- Building extensive relationships with internal as well as with external partners in partner institutions

- Represent organization in key interactions & meetings with all partners & clients.

- Explore tie-up opportunities with potential institutions for expansion.

- Create proposals and MOUs to enter into new agreements with partners

- Feedback to the product team key insights about user behaviour identified through interactions with key stakeholders

- Train and manage academic operations team consisting of faculties teaching advanced IIT content to conduct training programs at several partner schools and resolve academic queries of students

MUST-HAVES

a) Proven track record in planning and executing projects.

b) Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with academicians, school administration, parents and students, as well as, product team, content team, sales team and top management etc.
