Shared Service Operations in the relevant domain (HR Operations - HR Data Management and Payroll). This includes the cohesive teamwork of personnel, development and implementation of systems, proactive engagement of stakeholders / customers and the leadership of internal operations. The Operations Manager must meet the overall objectives of Timely, Quality Service Delivery, Cost Optimization, Process Standardization and High Customer Experience.   - Design and implement processes and operating model including governance and service management along with service level agreements.  - Develop detailed work plans, direct project teams, meet deadlines, manage to budget, meet or exceed quality standards.  - Directly supervise the work of team members for the Turn Around Time (TAT), Quality and Productivity including mentoring, coaching, and providing advice on procedures/work methods.  - Develop appropriate KPIs / Metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery  - Develop SOPs, Instruction Guides, Process Manuals through documentation of processes, policies and practices  - Identify right systems, tools and processes to store, retrieve and disseminate knowledge to team members  - Proactively identify Operations Risks, develop and implement mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and effective service delivery  - Guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience  - Create a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging creativity and innovation  - Hire right people, train, engage and develop them to make FPI SSC a great place to work  - Set the SMART and effective individual and team goals aiming for better quality, escalating processes, high speed and efficiency.  - Manage performance through regular feedback, coaching and providing appropriate Rewards and Recognition  - Work collaboratively with other teams in the SSC and virtual teams in different countries, managing cross cultural issues and keeping a good relationship with them.  - Work collaboratively with Business Stakeholders of different countries to plan and deliver timely, cost effective and quality service.  - Provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints, and questions.
