Looking for Operations Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment (Construction Equipments): -

Job Description & Responsibilities.

The manager exercises complete responsibly for developing and managing a business operation that increases sales, profitability, market share, customer and employee satisfaction by directing, Projects, coordinating and monitoring all sales, Budget, and operations.

Experience

10+ Years’ Experience of which Minimum 5+ years in managerial position, Plan, review, Sales, testing and commissioning of Heavy Equipments/ Construction Equipments.

Knowledge of principles and methods for presentation, promoting, and selling products or services (Must be aggressive & highly motivated/Result Oriented)

Should have strong Knowledge in Finance/Accounts, Costing, Budgeting, account allocation, Account Receivable/Payable, Profit & Loss

Previous demonstrated knowledge and experience using ERP Applications and features.

Qualification

An Engineer with a Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing

Communication

Fluency in English (Read/Write/Speak), Arabic would be preferable, together with high level negotiation and analytical skills are fundamental.

Computer Literacy is essential, particularly with M/S Word and Excel. Previous demonstrated knowledge and experience using M/S Project , and AutoCAD

Reporting to: GM/ Vice Chairman / Chairman

Principal Accountabilities:

a) Assess local market conditions identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

b) Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to account management principles that ensure the development and maintenance of account plans.

c) Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals.

d) Ensure that all areas of work performance of departments are properly staffed and directed

e) Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member.

f) Take on the responsibility for the orientation of all new employees &Take on the responsibility for evaluation of all employees

g) Oversee branch financial management

h) Recommend desirable changes in the policies and goals

i) Assist Management in developing branch and organizational objectives, and also in formulating policies and budgets

j) Communicate effectively and by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

k) Address customer satisfaction issues promptly

l) Manage the business honestly, follow high ethical standards, and comply with all government/organization regulations/ISO

m) Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash

n) Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained

o) Take prompt corrective action as needed

p) Participate actively in community, business and industry organizations to build a network of contacts that improve the presence and reputation of the company in the local area

q) Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the division/branch and organization. Follow company policies and procedures & other duties as defined by the Management

Package :

Position - Operation Manager

Basic Salary - Qrs. 8,500/- per month

Responsibility Allowance - Qrs. 3,500/- per month

Accommodation - Sharing bachelor accommodation provided by the company (once family joined with you with RP, family accommodation provided with basic furniture at a Rental charge of Qrs.5,500 /- paid by the company)

Transportation - Qrs. 400/- per month with company car

Salary Package - Qrs. 12,400/-

+Leave - 28 days per year

Passage - Yearly Return ticket to home town for self & family (wife+3 children up to age of 18 years) if family is on residence permit.

Medical - Public Health card to be arranged for, at the Employee's cost.

End Of Service Benefit - As per Labor Law

Contract Period - Unlimited

Probation Period - 6 months from the date of joining duty.

Any other terms which are not mentioned in the offer will be in accordance with Qatar Labor Law No.14 of 2004 and its amendments.

If you resign from the company before completion of two years services, all the expenses incurred on including the ticket to India will be paid by you.

If you accept this offer, sign and return it back to us for further formalities and will arrange your entry visa within one month. Please send your degree certificate duly attested by ministry of foreign affairs and Qatar Embassy in India.
