Role Overview:
As a part of the leadership group of client's operations, the incumbent will be responsible & accountable for two or more businesses- oversight of delivery, effective management of relevant stakeholders, active management & engagement with managers & team members.
Experience required:
- F&A Process experience is mandatory
- Prior experience in US/UK F&A (reconciliations)
- Should have an done at least 1-2 transitions
- Experience of participation in Process Improvement projects (Green Belt, Lean, re-engineering projects)
- Well versed with the application of process improvement tools
- 10+ years of experience in the ITES sector
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role (must have handled large team sizes - above 50)
- Related industry certifications
- Post-graduation with good academic background
