Position - Operations Manager - Contract Manufacturing - FMCG

Hiring Operations Manager / Supply Chain 3P / Contract Manufacturing

Location - Thane

Reporting to - Head Value chain

Responsibilities :

- Ensure timely manufacturing and supply from 3rd Party Manufacturers

- Responsible for Production Scheduling and adherence

- Ensure timely RM/PM connectivity to manufacturing Site

- Ensure complete visibility in terms of RM/PM inventory & Production Process.

- Monitor and improve Production Efficiency and drive COG reduction/Optimization.

- Vendor Performance Evaluation and Monitoring

- Implementation of ISO, TPM, 5 - S- and other Best Manufacturing Practices at the 3rd Party Manufacturing site.

- Ensure timely payments to RM/PM Suppliers from Manufacturer and Timely Payments to Manufacturer from JKHC

- Drive Projects on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Electronic Data Interface (EDI) etc.

- Develop and ensure smooth functioning of Production Planning Model.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Packaging Development and QA Team for smooth production of Regular SKUs and New Launches.
