Leading Investment Bank in Hyderabad hiring for Operations Manager

Job Description :

- Responsible for the overall operational performance of the line of businesses processes within the Operational segments of the EGS.

- A middle management role and also contributes to formulation of corporate-wide operations strategy and policies. Should be an U.S. Commercial Real Estate industry expert and may serve on company-wide tasks or project teams that steer the company's operational direction.

Principal accountabilities :

- Manages the line of business processes in the operations area with significant financial and operational risk.

- Manage full day / night shift work with very tight timelines (1-2 Days TAT).

- Plan, Execute and Responsible for People, Process and other business goals without failure.

- May interact and/or negotiate with senior level business partners in WF US and EGS.

- Manages TL / Asst. Managers.

- Decisions made at this level are critical and have potential impact towards the EGS & WF overall financial position.

- May lead complex cross-enterprise projects resulting in enterprise wide implementation.

- Preferably from a Banking BPO or KPO already holding leadership position with U.S. Commercial Real Estate Origination and Underwriting business.
