Position - Operations Manager  Location - Mumbai  Brief Description:   Roles & Responsibilities   Team Management  - Monitoring the Workflow activities  - Ensure monthly roster published as per schedule  - Coordination between two centers to ensure appropriate scheduling  - Appraisal of Team Members  - Rewards and Recognition  - Regular updation of Stack/Ranking for staff  - Chairing the Workflow bi-weekly meeting  - Managing transfers between Bangalore and Mumbai to meet operational requirements  - Oversee Personal development planning process   Client Management  - Participate in the weekly calls for the Global Operations group with all regions  - Follow up on any escalations from the regions  - Reviewing the Quality for various regions and alerting the regions of any relevant issues  HR  - Handling people issues  - Following up with HR, issues that may be escalated  - Managing and reporting attrition  - Leave management for staff  - Oversee Recruitment process  - Implement disciplinary processes when needed  Training  - Ensure that the new intake training schedule is put together  - Coordinate and ensure that the training calendar is updated  Education: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline  Technical Qualification: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite  Managed teams, from Operations and Administrative perspective  Comfortable with defining processes and improving existing processes  Experience:8 year experience in BPO/KPO environment, knowledge of the process is desirable  Knowledge and Skills Sets  - Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel  - Excellent oral and written communication skills   - Leadership and Initiative  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skill  - Ability to accurately assess client requirements and operational capacity in order to adjust resources appropriately  - Adaptability/Flexibility   - Ownership  - Ability to multi-task
