I am hiring for the post of Operations Manager for one of my client who are UK's shared services operation based in Mumbai, India.  One should be Currently - ops mgr  Shift Timings - UK - 12.30 to 9.30 or 1.30 to 10.30(Centralized pick up and home drop for shifts ending after 9pm for all)  Domain - BFSI   Complete back office  Generic responsibilities  - Responsible for achievement of the financial targets for the cost centre  - Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach team leaders/ process leaders to meet departmental KPIs and project SLA's.  - Effectively implement rewards/recognition, appraisal & incentive programs  - Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.  - Manage stakeholder relationships.  - Assist the team to challenge existing COMs / SLAs & suggest a realistic grid with reasonable logic.  - Assist & challenge the MI team to come up with data that adds value to the day-to-day operations & also makes your feedback session more meaningful.  - Ensure reasonable level of awareness / knowledge about all the regulatory changes across the team.  - Ensure STT analysis is a systematic & periodic activity.  - For any project work, ensure accurate FTE forecasting is done & be 100% sure before we commit time-lines to stake holders.  - Any excess staff is flagged promptly so that they can get cross trained in different work types..  - Identify career path for various employees in the team and mentor development  - Effective liaison with various departments within PPMS to gain support and resolve issues  Skills  Experience in dealing with international customers   Good knowledge of insurance products  Process mapping and process analysis skills to conquer process roadblocks  Excellent presentation and MS office skills   Strong project / change management skills  Resource planning skills  Excellent communication skills  Strong people management skills  Problem solving skills   Team building skills  Strong Relationship & Customer focus  Insurance exam certifications   Performance Management
