Operations Manager - Backend Operations - Mutual Funds

Growth360 is a leading boutique executive search firm. We are currently working on an Operations Manager (Head) role with a startup that is technology driven platform for Mutual fund investments in the semi urban areas.

The company has been launched by seasoned people from the industry with 20+ years of experience. Its a startup that is poised for high growth.

Role: Operations Manager

The person will set-up and manage the operations of the Company:

- Setting up back-office operations to track business transactions, commission receipt and pass-back

- Portfolio reporting of customers

- Setting up and managing support team for sub-broker and customer queries

About the Candidate

- 5 to 10 years of experience in similar role in mutual funds industry

- Thorough understanding of mutual funds transaction life cycle including brokerage structures and practices

- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and spoken

- Ability to use various information and technology tools, to conduct business efficiently

- Positive attitude; team player

- Proactive approach and ownership are important for success in start-up environment
