Candidate should be from Mechanical / Production Engineering Background

1) Operations Leadership Role - 1-3 Years

- Responsible to deploy / Coordinate to implement Lean Basics initiatives in the respective value stream

- Conduct value stream system CIP cycles

- Project management & follow up on improvement project for timely completion, targets achievement

- Coach on systematic problem solving

- Report KPIs monthly (VS, Monitoring, Improvement KPIs)

- Achieve BPS maturity targets set for the Value stream

- Extract reports from SAP (CIP project related data) & Review periodically important MRP parameters

Behavioral:

- Co-operation: To work well with others both within and outside own area and to communicate effectively

- Overview: To take into account consequences & implications of actions/solutions for a wide range organizational issues and areas of business

- Ability to influence: To win others over by setting an example and showing commitment to ideas, solutions and initiatives

Technical / Functional:

- Conversant with Symbols used in VSM, VA, NVA, Push Vs Pull

- Supermarket, milk run, Leveling, Kanban, consumption controls

- Direct and indirect productivity improvements

- Ramp-ramp analysis

2) Corp Purchase

- Managing of Purchasing Projects for Business Unit DS products of Inline pump

- Implementation of Projects for Cost Improvement (Value Engineering, Benchmarks, Target Costing, Ratio Projects RPP).

- Responsibility for components from Start of Development up to End of Life.

- Documentation of all Activities in MIS (Management Information System).

- Experience with Machined parts, Plastic & Rubber Parts` Processes, Metal Injection Molding-MIM, Coil production.

- Expertise in Preventive Quality Planning, Time to Market, Engineering Change Requests for Platform, Applications and Customer Projects.

- Proactive thinking Good Communications Skills and good in English Language

- Awareness of Purchasing IT-Tools (PILUM, MCR, SAP)
