MBA from Tier 1 institute with 5-8 years of experience. Team handling experience is a must. Insurance exposure though preferred is not a must. We prefer candidates who have an entrepreneurial mindset and are self-motivated.  - Operational leader will supervise the working of two sub-teams i.e., underwriting and servicing.   Activities would cover the below areas:  - Additionally, he/she will lead individual work-streams under the guidance of senior management team on wide variety of issues including market development, strategic partnerships, regulatory management, shareholder activities, and product development.  - Negotiation: Engage with insurers to address escalations received from underwriting team  - Modelling: Continuous refinement of underwriting pricing models based on inputs from sales team, insurers and clients.   - Claims: Handle escalations received from client and claims team to timely settle claims  - Servicing: Ensure timely fulfilment and tracking of service requests from customers. Intervene with insurers as and when required.  - CRM: Conduct regular reviews with servicing team, clients, insurers, and finance to ensure full syndication  - Processes: Ensure compliance with set underwriting and claims process.  - Value added services: Ensure delivery of VAS to clients including newsletters, wellness camps, other risk assessment services  - Training: Organize weekly training for the team in coordination with external experts, insurers, and management team  - Reporting: Develop various MIS reports and ensure timely delivery.
