(CTC : 11 to 15 LPA)  (Note - Sound knowledge & experience in Online Real Estate / eCommerce Portal in after Sales Operations/Customer support, is mandatory for this position)   Our Client needs Operations Head for their upcoming Real Estate & eCommerce Portal (catering to various product segments like Real Estate, Home furnishings, Listing of Vendors & Suppliers etc) Bhopal location (Corporate Office)  Job Role:  - Setting up & Managing a Operation Team and take responsibility for the Market Research activities including Data collection & Audit, competitive intelligence, bench-marking, Client Support and Primary Research functions which shall include but not remain restricted to :-  1) SALES ORDER FULFILLMENT: Post receipt of PO from sales team, verification of the PO copy and co-ordination with finance (for payment status) and all other department required for successful processing of client listing/ advertisement on the portal.   2) DESIGN CO-ORDINATION: Co-ordination with Design lead to ensure that Client deliverables are prepared and communicated in effective and efficient manner.   3) DATA VERIFICATION: Setting up a separate Data Audit team & Quality Assurance team in order to sanitize the data and automate process for data cleaning and accuracy  4) CALL CENTRE OPERATIONS: End to end call centre operations of the Company.  5) INDIVIDUAL / BROKER LISTING: Develop strategy plans, targets and resource utilization plan for Individual/ Broker (Retail) listing including co-ordination with related department like Classified Co-ordination, Call Centre etc .  6) PRODUCT CO-ORDINATION: Facilitate Continuous Improvement, process enhancement & automation initiatives including Closely working with Product team to enhance the product and processes.  - Assist in Service Delivery, automation, process improvements, Training, compliance & Quality improvements  - Take initiatives to improve online customer experience, build self service models and ensure each customer hit on the website is converted to a revenue opportunity  - Need to ensure revenue generation is maximized with coordinated efforts with marketing to ensure call generation, optimizing of opportunities and conversions via call centre, chat & e mail contacts  Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all data related processes by using different web application tools, competitor & industry reports.  - Transferring knowledge to team members both in terms of skills and industry knowledge  - Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.  - Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.  Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.  - Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).  - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.  - Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
