We are looking for manufacturing plant operations Head.

Major Accountabilities

- Achieving the annual volume projections of existing and new products consistently and Monitoring of accurate production and procurement plans based on the demand.

- Solid shop floor exp with hands on exp in lean and other world class Mfg techniques.

- Ensure all operational processes are adequately controlled and regularly appraised for improvements

- Review and execution of monthly and weekly despatch schedule.

- Maximisation of product yields, productivity and reduction of processing lead time and Evaluation of yield / material losses at various manufacturing stages.

- Monitors & Reviews the quality of products dispatched

- Strong result orientation track record.

- Proactive management of a small team in a dynamic environment

Reports to CEO

Work Experience: 7 to 12 Years.
