We are looking for Operation Head(North) for Delhi /NCR.

About Company-We provide flexible and comprehensive logistics solutions to our E-Commerce partners including Last-mile delivery, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics, Flexible payment collection and processing, Vendor-to-Warehouse and direct Vendor-to-Consumer delivery.

Position- Head Operation (North)

Reporting to- Chief Operating Officer.

Salary- Negotiable

Location- Delhi/NCR.

Position Summery- The Operations Manager serves as a senior member. Providing leadership in developing management strategies and systems for achievement of all program objectives. The Manager oversees the procurement, contracts and operations functions, working with the technical and corporate staff to ensure all project objectives and deliverables are achieved on time and on budget. The Project to Operates in a number of States including Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh.

Essential Job Functions:

- Head Delhivery's last mile operations across NCR and Chandigarh and the states of Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh.

- Ensure that all centers in the region operate efficiently.

- Deploy staff as required. Handle day to day HR escalations.

- Manage vendor relationships at the regional level.

- Maintain a high number of delivery to staff ratio.

- Review city operations and submit reports to the management weekly.

- Ensure zero pilferage with complete tracking of every package.

- Ensure all intercity connections happen on time - hand over to line haul service providers.

Education: Graduation. If somebody M.B.A will be value addition.

Experience: 5-7 years’ experience as Branch and then city/region head in a similar operation.

Skills:

- Comfortable using MS Office emails.

- Strong communication skills - both English and Hindi.

- Demonstrated high level management experience and ability to work as a part of a multi - cultural team is essential.

- Ability to set priorities and adjust work as necessary, meet deadlines.
