Unique to its service offering E-connect has the Cash on Delivery and Prepaid facility to 6700 direct pin codes and reach to 14,000 remote pin codes in tier 2 & 3 cities enabling your business to reach the remotest corner of the country.  Role  - The role holder will be responsible for P & L of the E-commerce business   Reports to: COO – E- Commerce Business  Key Accountabilities /Duties :-   - Direct the formulation of strategy, annual business plan and budget  - Draw-up appropriate business initiatives and Objectives for the region inline with the E-com strategy.  - Conceptualize and develop the model for E- commerce fulfilment with cost structures and time lines  - Set up processes and stream line operations to support end-to-end solution from order acquisition to delivery  - While focusing on operations cost, manage resource availability in line with Month On Month business growth  - Design internal processes (SOP’s) at various levels within the organization for smooth functioning of the products and services  - Lead and Manage the Zonal teams and draw KPIs for the team  Competencies / Expectation while in this position  - Strategic thinking- Business direction, budgetary and economic outlook  - Strong results/ achievement orientation – proven past track record  - Financial and Commercial acumen: demonstrated by drive to deliver sustained profitability  - Ability to venture into new markets/Acquisitions/Partnerships  - Well -developed influencing skills, Assertive leader, organized planner and data driven decision making  - Hunger for challenges and meeting stretched targets  - Have hands-on experience in Courier/logistics operations.  - Good analytical skills & Eye for Detail.  - Travel Required extensively across India.  Qualification & Experience:   MBA from a premier institute is preferred   Experience of 15 - 20 years in Courier/Logistics/Retail Chain operations  Compensation Range: 40 lacs pa & Above  Location: Hyderabad  If interested, kindly mail your updated resume along with the current & expected salary details.   Consultant  Searchplus HR Solutions Pvt.
