Looking for B.Tech / BE + MBA candidates with leadership qualities from E-commerce / FMCG industry. Role would be responsible for managing global operations with direct dealing with CEO.

- Person will be responsible for heading operations globally and also setting up divisions. Role reports to CEO.

- Guiding both the central and regional operations team to help drive cost efficiencies and customer experience uplift. This also includes ultimate oversight for the company's 150+ person call centre and 500+ ground staff operating teams.

- This role will require an incredible energy level to keep up with the dynamic, rapidly changing operations environment. The essence of the job is being able to handle uncertainty with deft ability while providing strong leadership to the team without hesitation.

- Operations is inherently cross functional and the work will actively touch the engineering, product, marketing, finance, and HR teams. Constant interaction across teams necessitates very strong interpersonal skills. This leadership position will also require a strong data bend to help drive key business metrics and continuously improve various processes through intense tracking and monitoring.

- While this is a leadership role, there's also a clear expectation that this will be an extremely hands on role and the ideal individual will have no qualms about stepping into an individual contributor capacity whenever required.

- Drive P&L results on a monthly basis with an intense focus on the cost elements

- Oversee and provide operational strategy across central and regional ops business teams, call centre, and ground fleet executives

- Work closely with other CXOs to ensure the company's operational requirements are always fulfilled; particularly strong collaboration with product team required to devise new solutions

- Drive the medium and long-term vision of the company by ensuring the appropriate systems and processes are in place to accommodate 10x scale

- Lead initiatives to improve company's core customer experience metrics

- Focus on building out robust tracking and monitoring systems for supply side of operations (marketplace)

- Ensure strong relationships with outside vendors and help secure new partnerships to help drive value to P&L
