- Setup and manage the finance function for the firm. Will work with a third party accounting firm to do the day to day finance operations including defining processes
- Ensure statutory and regulatory reporting and interface including working with banks and RBI
- Will be responsible for handling the treasury operations
- Manage Taxation
- Create financial models and conduct financial due diligence of companies we intend to acquire
- Handle the Administration activity of the facility including recruitment
- Work with lawyer firm to ensure all legal documentation are turned around quickly and protects the firm
