We have been retained by a Tata Group company for the recruitment of a Operation Head (Chief Manager) for one of their Beverage plant in Munnar in Kerala

Graduate in “Chemical / Mechanical Engineering” with First Class from an Institute of repute.

Exposure to ISO/SAP systems & procedures is desirable.

Knowledge of Food Safety Management System based on HACCP is essential.

Knowledge of Tamil or Malayalam is essential

Experience - 15 to 20 years of Operations management in a Process/ Food Industry out of which 5 years as Head of Operations or Factory Head.

Age - Below 45 years

Skills -

- Unit Operations

- Problem solving skills

- Good Communication & Inter personnel skills

- Ability to handle workers

- Administrative ability

- Good Knowledge of Food Safety Management requirements of HACCP/ISO 22000

- Basic Computer Knowledge

Candidates from Food Industry/Beverage Company will be preferred
