Operations Head - eCommerce

- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in respect to delivery of consignments.

- Handling last mile logistics for retail customer.

- Responsible for routing of vans in a manner that ensure meeting of the timelines committed to customers.

- Hiring, training and retention of manpower and ensuring availability of trained manpower as per plan.

- Managing a team of 20 operations controller and data entry operators and 200 delivery boys.

- Formulation of new SOPs and adherence of the existing SOPs with out exceptions.

- Evaluating current delivery mechanism with a view to see if new hubs need to be added.

- Managing cash collections and returns and ensure zero leakages.
