This is a fantastic career defining opportunity for someone who enjoys a role filled with variety, challenges and autonomy.  Responsibilities :  The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with a top level team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  Lead strategy, plan and operations of kitchen ops function   Work closely with tech/business, procurement team, Operations team, Quality team & Logistics team to create the kitchen ops roadmap  Drive overall kitchen ops charter  Work closely with support teams like supply chain, admin, finance team for ensuring quick turnarounds.   Work closely with ops, business, quality head on creating right quality practices & guidelines for operations  Setup systems and processes for an efficient order flow.   Responsible for forecasting and providing inputs regarding products and pricing to the Brands and Supply teams Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & team targets.   Extremely strong relation building skills, ability to manage operations cross functionally.  Strong analytical skills, ability to design best & worst case scenario with a sense of back up plan.  Good analytical and creative skills.  Ability to handle issues innovatively and resolve them effectively.   Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Patient, hard-working and customer sensitive.
