Bachelor degree or above in Telecom field or similar  2. 15 + years working experience in the telecom industry; familiarity with O&M of Telecom operators or MS operations of telecom vendors; wireless network O&M processes preferred  3. 10+ years large project / department management experience with excellent track records  4. MUST HAVE baseline knowledge on cost, dimensioning rule, risk and security measures  5. Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments  6. Excellent written and spoken English skills  Roles and Responsibilities  According to the business plan and expansion strategy of the Managed Services department, you will be required to enhance projects delivery quality and provide superior satisfaction to customers' demand.  1. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support major MS delivery projects in Establishment, Transition and / or Transformation; ensure the delivery strategy and directive alignment to build a strong and sustainable MS operation; coach the local MS Operations Director in the Company MS delivery best practice; transfer knowledge to the local Delivery Team  2. Provide support for major MS bidding projects; participate in senior customers- meetings and presentations, due diligence exercises, contract negotiations and risks review  3. Consolidate MS experiences in the field, produce training materials, guidelines and case studies to share with the whole MS Organization and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
