Role includes development and operation of reporting capabilities, client reviews, and continuous improvement of operations. Operations Analysts are expected to support and participate in implementation and new projects and also roll-out of existing proiects to new locations. The role is based at the ThinkLink offices but can also involve travel to customer locations for implementations and reviews.
