Operational Risk & Control Structure (Spotfire/Tableau) MI Reporting

Relationship Management :

- The role holder will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the appropriate stakeholders.

- The role holder will ensure the needs of stakeholders are met through defining, articulating and delivering the framework whilst ensuring prioritisation based on value and alignment to the broader Change and Governance and Control Strategies.

- The role holder will be required to escalate and manage issues through to conclusion in order to improve the service provided.

Effective Leadership :

- The role holder will ensure delivery against targets and develop a commercial and entrepreneurial culture through the examples set by their own actions and reinforced by the culture and values of the organisation.

Performance Management :

- The role holder will develop and maintain an appropriate management process, tools and other supporting governance mechanisms to deliver global acceptance of the firm's control behaviour and standards.

- The role holder will ensure that appropriate levels of control and validation are in place to deliver an accurate, consistent, timely and fit for purpose service.

Planning and Analysis :

- The role holder will be accountable for forward planning, prioritization to ensure accurate and timely preparation of the MI

Quality Management :

- The role holder will set the benchmark for - best of breed- solutions to the MI preparation. The role holder will maintain a continual focus on improving efficiency and consistency

Risk and Control Objective :

- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards

Requirements for the position :

- Excellent IT skills including the use of appropriate MS tools, i.e. Excel and Access, and ideally Spotfire/Tableau or similar

- Prior experience of Operational Risk and Control structures, process and policy design with qualification in Finance Business economics, Accountancy would be an advantage

- Analyse data and present findings to business partners - historical

- Identify, develop and implement performance measuring and tracking methods to facilitate reporting

- Monitor and support ongoing program to maintain outstanding data quality

- Prepare and execute as requested/required management reports

- Train new associates and conduct knowledge transfer on the end to end reporting & analytics process
