Operation Excellence Role - Black Belt - BFSI

Role requires a Black Belt professional with experience in BFSI into operational excellence is a must.

- Candidate should have executed and lead projects himself and not only mentor

- Good experience in managing BB projects in any function within BFSI/Capital market/IB/Account receivable

- Should have a good communication skill

- Travel 30 to 40 days in a year

- Responsibilities include working to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Implementing programs to convert identified opportunities to delivery business benefit; managing projects and project teams and maintaining necessary procedures to ensure business goals are met in a sustainable manner.

- Works on improvement of delivery processes where analysis of data requires evaluation of numerous factors.

- Facilitates re-engineering of processes, analyses and recommends improvements. Establishes and recommends changes to the processes

- Train others on 'improvement' methodologies and assist in accreditation of individuals in Green and Black Belt training
