Onsite Marketing Manager - Media (6-10 yrs)

I am looking to hire for Onsite Marketing Manager with our global online media company, and having 13 Countries office.

Location: Gurgaon

Reports To: Director - Marketing

JD:

Key Responsibility

- Lead the implementation of campaigns and processes to convert first time customers into loyal customers.

- Implement CRM Strategy to increase engagement from existing customers, managing the customer conversion and retention trigger-based communication matrixes for optimal customer conversion along the funnel

- Ensure continues increase of customer lifetime value by implementing data segmentation strategies.

- Interface with the company’s various customer and campaign analytic sources on an ongoing basis to monitor and predict customer behaviour across different parts of the lifecycle, for different customer types.

- Responsible for meeting annual/quarterly targets of engagement utilizing key customer retention strategies.

- Oversee & manage campaigns. This includes, conceptualizing customer retention campaigns and initiative, idea generation and preparing of briefs, overseeing the creative and production processes and championing successful execution, ensuring the highest quality output increasing average purchase size and average number of purchases.

- Create, analyse and optimise conversion funnels

- Plan, run and refine onsite marketing campaigns

- Monitor the traffic-flow and usage of site

- Support our Product Managers and Online Campaign Managers with your expertise

- Carry out research & interviews with stakeholders to ensure they understand our product, our promotions and our goals

Core competencies:An understanding of multi-channel CRM.

- A born manager and Jack-of-all-trades.

- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills.

- Very strong written English skills.

- The ability to understand solutions-based marketing content with a keen eye on customer conversion, and retention is critical.

- Strong experience in direct response online marketing.

- Clear understanding of the difference between B2B and B2C, as well as its application in online media.

- Advanced knowledge and experience of web-based businesses,internet marketing and social media.

- Good understanding of category management advantageous

- Demonstrate knowledge of social media best practices, emerging trends and how to apply these tactics to achieve business objectives of driving traffic.

- Knowledge of Online marketing trend

- Excellent knowledge of online media channels, techniques, metrics, planning and technology.

General competencies:

- High levels of attention to detail and well developed troubleshooting and problem resolving skills essential.

- Structured, organised and efficient.

- Self-motivated, goal driven and committed to Customer Satisfaction.

Experience & Education

- A Post Grad degree or diploma in the fields of communication, marketing, PR and advertising.

- 6-10 years experience at a middle management position in marketing/internet/classifieds domain.

- 3 years minimum experience of onsite marketing

- Management experience across various online media

- Experience with managing agencies/suppliers/publishers

- Proficiency with MS Office, especially intermediate to advanced Excel.

- Experience working with analytics tools advantageous, especially Google Analytics.

- Proficiency and network in Emailing systems
