This is a branding, business development and partner management role - built into one. This position reports into the CEO.   Brand Identity:  - Define & own the brand identity. Create brand assets along with agency partners. Define in store branding. Define online and web branding.  - We have not any serious branding exercise till now. You will need to create this from scratch. You will have to create and own the brand.   Business Development:  - B2B sales. Getting large retailers to do business with us. The largest retailers you will be handling will probably be a USD 2-3 bn retailer. The smallest one will be USD 100 mn. This aspect of the role will involve travel. B2B sales cycles can be extremely long, therefore, you will need to have the ability and the patience to build deep relationships with partners.   Web & mobile app:  - Drive traffic to web and mobile. Get user engagement on mobile using creative strategies including launching new services tactically.   - Create one of the best affiliate programs in India.  - You will have assistance from people who know the nuts and bolts of digital marketing. However, you will need to bring in the creativity to ensure that campaigns are always fresh - we continue to target new segments, we continue to evolve our message to these segments and we have the ability to ride on short and long term trends.   - Ideally, you should have worked in a start up at a senior level. The prospect of working in a nebulous environment where you will have to define the way should excite you.   - Preference will be given to entrepreneurs and IIM/IIT grads.
