Role: HR Manager

Duration: Full-time

Experience Required: 4 Years+

Position Summary :

OnlineTyari is a faced paced startup disrupting the education sector rapidly and we believe OnlineTyari employees are Company's greatest assets. We are building a solid team to help this Company become India's Edtech powerhouse. The Human Resource team would be instrumental in getting the right talent and nurturing and retaining our talent. Your role would be to drive these initiatives and assist the management in building a top-class team. You would also have a key role in building a healthy, sustainable and fun-loving culture at OnlineTyari!

Responsibilities :

- Own Talent Acquisition: Plan, execute and optimize strategies for attracting top talent

- Leverage recruitment platforms to source talent and build strong OnlineTyari brand

- Proactively initiate and lead employee engagement activities

- Drive implementation of Performance Management System

- Work with top management in building a great work culture

What are we looking for :

- Graduate/Post Graduate from premier college

- Minimum 4 years of experience of HR functions particularly talent acquisition

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be assertive and willing to take ownership

- Creativity and passion to generate new ideas

- Self-starter who takes initiative and can lead from the front
