You would also have a key role in building a healthy, sustainable and fun loving culture at OnlineTyari!   Responsibilities  - Own Talent Acquisition: Plan, execute and optimize strategies for attracting top talent   - Leverage recruitment platforms to source talent and build strong OnlineTyari brand  - Responsible for planning and coordinating of events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates.   - Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position and Conduct prescreening interviews  - Drive implementation of Performance Management System  - Work with top management in building a great work culture  - Proactively initiate and lead employee engagement activities  What are we looking for  - Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed college preferably MBA  - Minimum 4 years of experience of HR functions particularly talent acquisition.
