Role:
- Will be responsible for the online marketing team, you will own revenue and customer acquisition targets through these relationships.
- You will also efficiently negotiate terms and close deals with these partners.
- Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization including technology, partner integration and category managers, to drive great customer experience for our partners.
- Maximizing these partnerships requires identifying new potential within partner segments, developing scalable account management strategies and driving results .
The right person will:
- Own monthly unit and revenue growth objectives
- Identify and recruit new partners
- Create simplified solutions for partner integrations
- Develop and enhance customer service processes
- Identify and recruit new partners for the program
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess superior communication skills and be comfortable working on acquisition scaling and retention of partners.
- Requirements include a minimum of 7-8 years of BD/account management/sales experience in online or software industries with a heavy bias toward web affiliate, social media, online advertising, ecommerce environments.
- The candidate must also be comfortable with web technologies and driving product development to support large partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development for a business
- Keen understanding of online advertising models
