As a Media Sales Manager, you will be responsible to identify, develop and execute media sales strategies, with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing leadership position within the consumer Internet industry. You will be involved in executing Ad sales initiatives for the platform, its monetization and achieve Ad sales revenue targets via direct display advertising. You will also play significant role in Client development strategies and manage an optimal team of Sales professionals.   Responsibilities:  Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks agencies, business partners and maintain a minimum threshold of Ad Sales revenue  Create aggressive sales pitch, seal new business. Also, make sure that the delivery is being met to clients, responsible for end-to-end sales process.  Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to make sure that the inventory is fully utilized and maximize ROI  Establish a leadership position as an online advertising platform among the target segment  Creating an optimal smart & aggressive sales team and rapidly expand the Media business operations across. Apart from new business, the role includes account development to have long term business association with clients.  Finding out who controls the advertising budget among the target segment organizations and contact them for new business.-   Develop and maintain a prospecting / targeting system, implement it to provide weekly/monthly pipeline reporting to the management team-   Formulate and implement innovative Advertising packages that maximizes the revenue opportunities with brands and agencies to rapidly expand the business  Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong vision
