Job Description

Reporting into the Head Of Innovations, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing the yearly product plan

- Understanding customer pain points and developing products to enhance customer experience

- Collaborating with the usability and technology team to develop understanding of customers

- Gathering functional requirements and creating product requirements

- Conducting market research to gain better understanding of customer behavior

- Working cross functionally to ensure operations run smoothly

The Successful Applicant

- You will be a computer science graduate with an MBA from a Tier I institution with atleast 6 years of experience.

- You should have experience in a start up and have preferably worked in the Internet domain.

- In addition, you should have tremendous product development knowledge as well as great technical understanding.

- Further, you should have a highly analytical mind as well as a creative flair.

- You should have the passion and have a dynamic personality.
