3. 4+ years of experience in managing and mentoring team members

4. 5+ years in developing and implementing marketing strategy for eBusiness - exposure in online marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and messaging

5. Enough exposure to marcom, customer communication and corporate communication

6. Outstanding spoken, written and articulation skills - so you work with the editorial/product teams based in the US & Europe

7. Exposure into relationship marketing; adept to customer retention strategies

8.Ability to collaborate across highly matrixes organization

Job Description :

1. Plan, develop and implement print, online, email and direct mail campaigns targeted to international audience with a clear focus on ROI.

2. Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales.

3. Develop and implement a customer retention strategy and improve revenue from renewals

4. Undertake promotional activities to ensuring brand visibility, awareness, and usage.

5. Design and produce marketing collateral; lead messaging strategy across communication touch points including websites.

6. Work with product head / content head to have a successful product promotion strategy

7. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, copywriters and designers

Salary Range: 7 - 10 LPA
