- Should ensure that all the Payment of Taxes are made within time and of accurate amount.  - Should ensure that all the Statutory Returns filed in the time bound manner.  - Liaison with branches for periodical collection for statutory form like C/ F forms.  - Liable for Tax computation and Tax Provision of the company.  - Should keep him abreast of latest changes in the law .  - Interact with Auditors and consultants for completion of Tax Audit, soliciting opinions relating to the tax matter of the company.  - Representation before Tax Authorities.  - Preparation of Submissions to be made before Tax Authorities.   - Compilation and Analysis of data which are required for Decision making.  - Educating the users relating to Tax compliance.  Required:   - The Incumbent should be a qualified Chartered Accountant having around 6 years of experience in related filed.   - Good intellectual, Communication and Interpersonal Skill.  - He will be assisting in Direct and Indirect Tax matter of the Group and shall report to CFO.  - Major work will be in Indirect Taxation including Excise and Custom.
