Designation/Position : Head - Banking & Treasury [Senior Manager/AGM/DGM]

JD :

- Budgeting, Planning, Controlling and Financial Reporting

- To develop and drive the strategy for shareholder value creation

- Hands on experience and exposure of dealing with the banks

- To lead the annual exercise of preparing the business plan and financial budgets for each business division and the company as a whole.

- Evaluate new business opportunities from the financial perspective and manage cash surpluses in a manner that yields maximum returns

- Anticipate the financial information requirements of the business and have in place a selection system to deliver required information

- Implement core internal reporting including all statutory reporting that would help consolidated key business indicators

- Proactively drive business results throughout the organization by working in tandem with business groups

- Participate in the business planning process

- Accurate financial reporting and disbursal of financial information within the organization

- Build strong relationships with the investors/analysts and have the stature and credibility to represent company's views

- Establish and maintain financial processes that are completely transparent

- Oversee the preparation of business cases and operating plans that are required to implement the overall strategy

- Reasonable business acumen

- Firm grounding in financial management

- Competency in effectively co-relating the finance function with business related matters

- Discretion when dealing with confidential information

- To bring in a stronger business perspective from the balance sheet standpoint and to enhance enterprise value

- Driving the shareholder value

- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical Skills

- Capable to lead a team of four to five people
