- Responsible for Maintenance of Books of accounts in line with Accepted Accounting Practices, Companies Act and Accounting Standards  - Responsible for quarterly closing of Books of Accounts under statutory framework.  - Responsible for closing Accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet with Schedules) on a monthly basis.  - Maintenance of Internal Checks and Controls relating to Disbursements and Accounting  - Custodianship for Company's assets- Accounting for fixed and current assets and physical inventory thereof.  - Ensuring Invoice Approval and Payments as per contractual terms  - Compliance with regard to Statutory payments  - Public Reporting in terms of Listing agreement with Stock Exchange  - Controlling and Monitoring Expenses with given benchmarks  - Coordination on day to day basis with Treasury, Taxation, Costing, Credit Control and Internal Audit.  - Responsible for getting the Statutory Audit done at year end as well as quarter ends.  - Responsible for providing inputs for Refund claims such as SAD refunds  - Ensure necessary reconciliations of various accounts including Co vendor accounts.  - Regular monitoring of advance payments.  - Control and monitor cash disbursements.
