The incumbent will be responsible for setting up the sales process & function, including defining and managing sales metrics, sales process, lead generation, technical discussions, collaborations etc. It is of profound importance that the incumbent possesses qualities like patience, communication skills etc. Following is a snapshot of expected responsibilities:  Routine Responsibilities (Entire Process to be managed):  - Ownership of Sales Process & Targets  - Lead Generation, Business Scouting;  - Sales Funnel creation & Management,  - Prospect Calls, Sales Closure, Signing Off agreements;  - Client Account Management,   - Team Hiring & Management,  - Sales Forecasting & Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)  - Compliance to Sales Process, Company Policies, Legal Process  - Liaise internally with Marketing, Technology Teams for better solutioning  Some of time based responsibilities bifurcated in quarters are as follows:  Quarter 1 (April - June):  - April  Setting up Sales Process, Metrics, Policies;  Sales Model, Offerings, scripting preparation;  Quarter 2 (July - Sept):  - July  Hiring of Sales Consultants, Induction;  Training.   Any other responsibility mutually agreed upon in due course of employment
