JOB DESCRIPTION

- Designing Business strategies based on data findings and complete implementation and program management

- Conducting primary/secondary research to uncover insights and understand business trends and potential implications for the business

- Regular SWOT analysis of each business vertical and recommendations for key business decisions, strategy designing and complete implementation

- Tracking performance of business verticals financial status by monitoring variances from plan

- Participating in Regular Business Reviews and Action plans tracking and monitoring and regular status update

- Should be responsible/capable of using a data driven approach to highlight problems

- Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.

- Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.

- Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

- Any other adhoc project and program management as per the business need

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Reporting Skills, Financial Skills, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Financial Diagnosis, Financial Software, Analyzing Information, Statistical Analysis, Process Improvement, Informing Others, Financial Planning and Strategy

- Self-starter with a strong onus on project ownership

- Excellent attention to detail

- Capable of demonstrating good business judgment

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

- Should be comfortable working across cross-functional teams/functions

- Should be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations

- Strong writing and oral communication skills in English

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Research Analyst at a top Consulting/Research firm

- MBA from top B-School and prior experience in Top global Consulting and Research Firm

- Must have excellent quantitative, analytical and reporting skills

- Critical thinking and very detailed oriented

- Must be highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
