Role & Responsibilities :

The person will be responsible for complete product management from scratch to roll out; some of the key responsibilities are as follows :

- Design & Development of Mobile App and web services product

- Envision technology driven solutions to business problems and check feasibility

- Drive large-scale development projects, working cross-functionally with other various stake holders and external partners to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery

- Define and establish the product vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators across Mobile/Web properties

- Create wire frames for product development to introduce new features or enhance the existing ones

- Guide & mentor development team to achieve project success as per business plan

- Testing of product features and UI/UX

- Managing app integration with app stores

- API integration and management with partners

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong Product Management experience in Consumer Internet / e-commerce / Mobile space

- Product Engineering background

- Experience in developing mobile app across platforms using latest technologies

- Capability to lead / mentor a team of Product developers

- Experienced in design and launch of high impact Products and features

- Self starter and motivated to take on additional responsibilities and opportunities in a dynamic startup environment

- Prior Start up experience will be an added advantage

- Proven leadership and management skills. Ability to plan, organize, negotiate, and establish priorities to achieve results

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Methodical thinker, analytical thinking.

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to influence stakeholders who may often have conflicting objectives

- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset with strong sense of urgency and ownership

- Strong business sense
