On Boarding Specialist - eCommerce - XLRI/IIFT/FMS/MDI/ISB (1-2 yrs)
One of the Leading eCommerce organization is looking for flexible, smart and analytical candidates for the role of on boarding Specialist Role to be based at Bangalore Location.
Experience : 1-2 years
Qualification : MBA from tier 1 institutes.
On boarding Specialist will manage integration starting from early interactions with sellers to successful launch on the platform and work with sellers to determine the best integration approach.
In addition you will interface with internal technical and business teams and contribute to new platform features development and improvement.
- Work with sellers to set and meet milestones and deliverable to deliver high-quality integration projects.
- Track and report integration performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
- Engage with internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings.
- Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with us.
- Support the launches of new programs, categories and features
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.
- Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication (XML and Web services).
- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination
