We- re looking for a tech-savvy and consumer-centric marketer who can help drive business through innovative communication, capturing the science, art and emotion of the consumer and brands.  Onus to Do:  - You will be at the heart of driving marketing campaigns, shaping the voice of the product through a proper communication, understanding user personas.  - Provide insights into market mainly into retail segment regarding various aspects like market trends, competitors, potential market, etc to improve targeting, segmentation and end to end user experience to retain customer.  - Getting involved into research, strategy and product marketing by press releases, updating clients and organizers, in order to build brand perception and reputation, while working in a cross functional teams of sales, marketing, legal, and engineers.  - Advertising across media channels like web, mobile and social media, as well as that of traditional media's including print, television, OOH etc offering direct conversions form such engagements.  - Build, elevate and enhance the brand image, identifying best channel for brand communication, PR, Media initiatives fostering relationship with suppliers and vendors.   - Conducting Direct marketing programs from marketing brief and creative development to program execution like brand guidance, corporate branding etc and overseeing the production of all marketing collaterals with post analysis and ROI measurement.   What It takes:   - Changing the game, redefining the medium making users the priority and ultimately making technology speak for itself.   - Skills to form large customer acquisition and loyalty through marketing initiatives and communication building activities.  - Ability to flawlessly execute large and complex events, co coordinating with external vendors and internal team for project implementation while working in a fast paced environment.  - Knowledge about various market research tools and strategies with MBA into marketing shall be an added advantage.  - A strong passion for people and desire to uncover consumer behavior to help client connect with users in an impactful manner.  Individuality  - Passionate to learn and curiosity to spot opportunities and adapt strategies with proficiency in word, excel and power point.  - Outstanding presentation and communication skills with comfort presenting to large audiences and decision makers.  - Diligence, regularity and discipline to perform daily tasks in a timeline manner, meeting deadlines with flexible working attitude and high motivation to work independently.  - Prioritize work and multitask in a pressurized environment with confidence to interact with senior level management.
