Qualification : MBA from top university / CFA with 10 years- experience in Banking & Treasury portfolio working in a MNC.

Role : Leading a team handling Banking operations, Treasury,Collections, payment office, fund flow management.

Age limit: About 35 years

Experience :

- Fully conversant with banking norms. Independently raised debt funds both for working capital as well as long term.

- Hands on experience in export finance, working capital management, cashflow planning and managing turnaround.

- Exposure in forex market and export hedging.

- Understanding cash-to-cash cycle and making continuous improvements.

Job description :

- Overall responsibility of managing the cash flow cycle - including working capital and long term finances.

- Developing and managing senior banking relations and daily liaisons to ensure smooth operations.

- Making CMAs and annual appraisal proposals for working capital and project finance and raising funds from banks and financial institutions.

- Optimising borrowing structure and controlling / reducing overall cost of borrowings.

- Ensuring proper statutory compliance on all periodic declarations and maintaining proper leveraging and financial discipline.

- Detailed evaluation of cash flows cycles and coming out with innovative ways to reduce and improve cash and reduce debts for the company.

- Projects evaluations in terms of cash generation, risks and IRR calculations.
