Omni Channel Manager - B2C - Health & Wellness Products

Hiring for Omni Channel Manager (B2C) for one of our manufacturing company in Chennai

Experience : 3-5 yrs

Location : Chennai

1. Devising Omni-Channel distribution strategy for an entirely new range of Health & Wellness products

2. Drive market development and enhance market share and Share of Shelf in the Modern Trade Channel

3. Manage E-Commerce retail platforms and drive sales through digital marketing activities (Google Adwords, SEO etc)

4. Deploying merchandising and trade activation initiatives for improved brand presence while managing the Return on Investment

5. Execution of all National and Regional TOT Agreements, including development through the regional category of national chains

6. Liaising with Production and SCM team for stock replenishment across sales channels

7. Managing central warehousing (CFA) operations

Essential Requirements :

1. Any Bachelor degree (MBA will be an added advantage)

2. 3-5 yrs Experience handling Sales and Key account Management in Modern Trade and Emerging Technology / E-Commerce Channel

3. Candidates with FMCG/OTC/FMCD industry

4. Proven experience in merchandising operations and trade activation

5. Proven experience up selling and penetrating new areas of an account

6. Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial attitude to generate new business

7. Language Skills English and Hindi (spoken)

8. Willingness to travel (nationally 50%)
