DGM/GM - Sales Site Head-IIM/ISB
- Developing sales strategies with innovative ideas and setting targets for the team. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Build referral and lead generation network. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
- Representing the company at property exhibitions and events
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities, and customers. Discuss these findings with the team and help them to plan, develop and execute strategies.
- Manage, coordinate and motivate the team to achieve required sales targets.
- Take prospects for site visits in residential projects & commercial projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, reasoning with the team for any clarification.
- Procure and manage external sales & marketing agencies and our legal team as required. Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements. To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales review meetings.
- Use leads generated by support team for achieving targets by deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
- Timely report on sales activities to top management
